Led by Jeremy Willard, Team Lead, the team brings a modern, results-driven approach to today’s competitive South Florida real estate market. Based in Fort Lauderdale and serving Wilton Manors, Oakland Park, and surrounding Broward County communities, Jeremy specializes in residential sales, investment properties, and luxury homes. Known for his “real connections, real results” philosophy, he combines deep local expertise with data-driven marketing, expert negotiation, and personalized service to help buyers, sellers, and investors succeed.

Adding dynamic energy to the team is Santiago “Santi” Sosa, a bilingual (English/Spanish) real estate agent and Miami Beach native. Now based in Fort Lauderdale’s Coral Ridge neighborhood, Santi blends Gen Z technology skills with a strong hospitality background to deliver a seamless, client-focused experience. His expertise in digital marketing, communication, and customer service makes him a valuable asset for buyers, sellers, investors, and renters throughout South Florida.

 

Rounding out the team is Kenneth T. “Ken” Calhoun, PA, a multi-million dollar producer and seasoned real estate professional with decades of experience. Since 2006, Ken has been a top-producing agent and trusted advisor in South Florida. He began his career in San Francisco with Zephyr Real Estate, earning Rookie of the Year and Top Producer honors in one of the nation’s most competitive markets. Today, as a Broker Associate with RE/MAX Experience, Ken brings the insight gained from hundreds of successful transactions to help clients maximize value and achieve their real estate goals.
